Mohave Valley, AZ: Man from Needles, California arrested for drugs, drug paraphernalia, and warrants.
According to the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office, at approximately 11:35pm MT on Friday, January 8th, 2016, deputies arrested 56 year old Stewart Randolph Daman of Needles, California for possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, a warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia issued by Bullhead City Justice Court, felonies, along with driving with suspended license, and a failure to pay fines warrant for driving with a suspended license issued in 2007 by Bullhead City Justice Court.
Deputies with the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on King Street and Carob Drive in Mohave Valley, Arizona.
Deputies contacted Stewart Randolph Daman, the driver, and Stewart Randolph Daman advised that he does not have a driver’s license.
A records check showed Stewart Randolph Daman to have outstanding warrants and a suspended license.
Stewart Randolph Daman was taken into police custody without incident.
An inventory search of the vehicle revealed 2 plastic bags containing a white crystal substance and a glass pipe with burnt white residue.
The white crystal substances weighted approximately 1.2 grams and field tested positive for methamphetamine.
Deputies questioned Stewart Randolph Daman and he said the items could be his brothers as he was not aware of the items being inside his vehicle.
Stewart Randolph Daman transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail and the vehicle was towed from the scene.
