Breaking News!!: San Francisco, CA: The 2 remaining escaped inmates have been taken into police custody.
According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, the remaining 2 inmates who escaped from an Orange County Man Jail in Santa Ana, California last week were taken into custody on Saturday, January 30th, 2016.

The 2 remaining escaped inmates, 20 year old Jonathan Tieu and 37 year old Hossein Nayeri, were taken into police custody by the San Francisco Police Department at around 8:50am PT after a civilian spotted a white GMC van associated with the inmates.
According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department Sandra Hutchens, a civilian alerted police after she realized the van parked next to a Whole Foods parking lot near Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, California was the same van she had seen in media reports.
Hossein Nayeri led law enforcement officers on a short foot pursuit before being caught at Waller Street and Stanyan Street.
Jonathan Tieu was found hiding in the van parked at Haight Street and Stanyan Street.
Several rounds of ammunition were also found in the van, however no weapons were recovered.

Expectation is that this will be completed within 3 weeks and the Amtrak can operate their shortly thereafter.”

The new Dollar General store is to be build on top of a hill near the intersection of J Street and Hospitality Lane.

Orange County Sheriff’s Department Officials held a news conference on Friday, January 29th, 2016 providing the latest information in the search for 3 inmates who escaped from the Orange County Central Men’s Jail in Santa Ana, California last week.
According to Orange County Sheriff’s Department Lt. Jeff Hallock, 43 year old Bac Duong surrendered to authorities in Santa Ana, California at around 11:40am PT on Friday, January 29th, 2016 after approaching a civilian that he wanted to turn himself in.
Bac Duong was taken into police custody and returned the Orange County Central Men’s Jail in Santa Ana, California.
On Friday, January 22nd, 2016, 3 inmates (Hossein Nayeri and Jonathan Tieu, and Bac Duong) were discovered unaccounted for at the Orange County Central Men’s Jail in Santa Ana, California
An immediate search was conducted of the Central Jail Complex and adjacent Civic Center area of Santa Ana, California; however, all indications are that the inmates escaped the jail and have fled the area.
With the arrest of Bac Duong, the Orange County Sheriff’s Department and other law enforcement agencies across California are continuing to search for the remaining 2 escaped inmates.
During the news conference, Orange County Sheriff’s Department Officials told news reporters that all 3 escaped inmates were spotted in the San Jose, California area, likely using the white G.M.C. van that was stolen from South Los Angeles, California on Saturday, January 24th, 2016, and the 2 escaped inmates may be heading to Fresno California.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Department want the public to know that the $200,000 reward is still being offered for information leading to the capture of fugitives 37 year old Hossein Nayeri and 20 year old Jonathan Tieu.
Both Hossein Nayeri and Jonathan Tieu are to be considered dangerous and possibly armed.

News Alert!!: Needles, CA: Community meeting discussing proposed water and wastewater rate increases.
A community meeting to discuss the proposed water and wastewater rate increases will be held at 10:00am PT on Saturday, January 30th, 2016 inside the Needles City Council Chambers located on the 1700 block of J Street near the Needles Recreation Center and Bailey Avenue in Needles, California.
The proposed water and wastewater rate increases set to increase by Sunday, May 1st, 2016.

The community meeting is required by law to protect the tax payers for the Proposition 218 process.

Big River, CA: Suspect arrested after barricade standoff.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, on Monday January 25th, 2016, 45 year old Philip Stephen Holsborg of Big River, California was involved in an argument with his wife which became physical.
When she attempted to call 911, Philip Stephen Holsborg ripped the phone cord out of the wall and made criminal threats towards her and any law enforcement deputies that arrived.
Deputies responded to the resident and took a report however, Philip Stephen Holsborg had left the residence prior to their arrival.
Deputies obtained a felony arrest warrant for Philip Stephen Holsborg the next day.
On Wednesday, January 27th, 2016, deputies responded to the residence to arrest Philip Stephen Holsborg located on the 149000 block of Mohawk Trail in Big River, California.
But, before they arrived, he barricaded himself inside and refused orders to come out.
The San Bernardino County Sheriffs Specialized Enforcement Division (S.E.D.) was brought in to assist in his apprehension.
After several hours, Philip Stephen Holsborg surrendered without incident to law enforcement personnel.
Philip Stephen Holsborg was later booked into the West Valley Detention Center for Criminal Threats.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department received assistance from La Paz County Sheriffs, the Parker Police Department, and the Kingman Police Department.
