Breaking News!!: Highland, CA: Authorities are searching for an escaped state fire crew inmate.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, on Wednesday, November 4th, 2015, Sheriff’s dispatch received information that a State Fire Camp Inmate had walked away from a fire crew at State Route 330 and East Highland Avenue in Highland, California.

The inmate was last seen at approximately 12:30pm PT.

Deputies immediately responded to the area and began searching for inmate identified as 43 year old Kent Lesporavsky.

Kent Lesporavsky is described as a white male adult, approximately 6’01” tall, weighing 220 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing an orange CDC jumpsuit, long sleeve white thermal shirt.

Sheriff’s Aviation and search dogs have also responded to the area and are assisting in the search.

Kent Lesporavsky is currently being housed by the C.D.C. for transportation of marijuana and has prior history for theft, drugs and assault on law enforcement.
