The earthquake was centered near the Stepladder Mountains in the Chemehuevi Valley just west of U.S. Route 95; 21 miles south southwest of Needles, California or 25 miles west northwest of Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
According to the United States Geological Survey, the United States Geological Survey’s “Did You Feel It?” webpage reports 7 responses from 7 zip codes and that the shaking was reported as weak shaking and no damage.
At this moment, no reports of damages, injures, or deaths reported.
Just before this earthquake near Needles, California, at least 3 earthquakes were reported near Black Canyon City, Arizona on Sunday, November 1st, 2015 which the shaking was felt into Phoenix, Arizona.
A magnitude 3.2 earthquake hit at around 8:59pm MST, then a magnitude 4.1 earthquake at around 11:29pm MST, followed later by a magnitude 4.0 earthquake at around 11:49pm MST.
