News Update!!: Moreno Valley, CA: Children have been safely located and both parents arrested in parental abduction.
According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, as of 6:30am PT on Thursday, October 29th, 2015, the children have been safely located and both parents have been arrested in Artesia, California.
This parental abduction case is an active and ongoing investigation.
According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, at 3:36pm PT on Wednesday, October 28th, 2015, officers from the Moreno Valley Police Department received a call for service indicating 2 adult males and a female kidnapped 2 children, ages 4 and 7 years old.
The victims, 7 year old Corey Stanley and 4 year old Justin George, were walking with their foster parent in the 12900 block of Frederick Street in Moreno Valley, California.
A white, newer model Chrysler 200 pulled alongside the victims, and 2 adults exited the vehicle.
The female, later identified as the biological mother, forced the children into the vehicle as Justin resisted.
Both suspects entered the vehicle and it was last seen northbound on Frederick Street toward the State Route 60 in Moreno Valley, California.
– The driver of the vehicle was identified as the children’s biological father Travis Rusty Jace. He is described as a Romanian male adult, 25 years old, 5’07”, 178 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He is also known by Rusty Stanley.
– The female was identified as the children’s biological mother Angie Janie George. She is described as a Romanian female adult, 24 years old, 5’03”, 160 lbs., with long black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a black and gray long sleeve hooded shirt, black pants and black ankle-high boots.
– The third suspect is described as a black male adult, approximately 5’09” to 5’11” tall, 150 lbs. to 180 lbs., wearing a green baseball cap, white shirt, black and gray hooded sweater, black tight-fitting pants and white shoes.
The involved vehicle is described as a newer model, four-door, white, Chrysler 200 with a white and yellow Sunrise paper license plate attached to the rear of the vehicle.
The vehicle did not have a front license plate.
