Weather Alert!!: Needles, CA: Flash Flood Warning!!
The National Weather Service in Las Vegas, Nevada has issued a Flash Flood Warning until 10:30pm PT on Monday, October 5th, 2015 for Northeastern San Bernardino County, California.
According to the National Weather Service in Las Vegas, Nevada, at 7:46pm PT, Doppler Radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain are starting to weaken across the warned area.
Flash flooding is likely occurring along Goffs Road and potentially
withing low water crossing on Highway 95 between Interstate 40 and
the Nevada State Line.
Flooding with vehicles stuck in the flooded water Highway 95 between mile marker 47 and 49 near Goffs, California.
Some locations that will experience flooding includes Nipton, California and Nipton, California.
This includes Interstate 40 in California between mile markers 125
Street flooding is also reported in Needles, California closing turnoff from westbound Needles Highway to southbound West Broadway with knee high water and the North K Street Underpass at Front Street is closed due to flooding.
Heavy rain with both thunder and lightning is near Bullhead City, Arizona and Laughlin, Nevada.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
