Posted on his Facebook page on Sunday, August 9th, 2015, Matt Farris writes, “My home state of Arizona is burning, homes being destroyed, people being evacuated, I can’t just sit and not help so I’m calling on all my musician friends let’s plan a benefit concert to help those in need. God bless the people working to put this fire out. On top of planning this benefit concert the band had decided to give a portion of our money we made this weekend at The Flying X Saloon to the local Red Cross so they can help those in need and those risking their lives to put this fire out. ‪#‎TimeToHelp‬ ‪#‎ComeTogether‬! Who’s with me?”
