Needles, CA: Man arrested on charges of residential burglary.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, at approximately 11:49am PT on Thursday, August 6th, 2015, deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station responded to the 2100 block of Lillyhill Drive in Needles, California regarding a report of a suspicious subject that went into the back yard of a residence.

Upon the deputies arrival, they checked the exterior of the house and located an unlocked door.

San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Deputies announced their presence and when they did so, a male adult later identified as 36 year old Jason Morgan of Needles, California ran out the front door carrying items that he removed from the residence.

San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Deputies gave chase and where able to catch and took Jason Morgan into police custody at the corner of Parkway Drive and El Monte Drive in Needles, California.

Jason Morgan was booked into the Needles Jail for Residential Burglary.

During booking it was discovered that Jason Morgan was on Post-Release Community Supervision under Assembly Bill 109.

A probation hold was placed on Jason Morgan and he is being held in police custody at the Needles Jail with no­ bail.
