Needles City Manager Rick Daniels told members of the Needles City Council that the Needles Downtown Business Alliance has purchased a space and believe Janet Jernigan will be there at the booth.
Resident David Buckley spoke against having Needles Downtown Business Alliance and Janet Jernigan represent the City of Needles.
David Buckley is the same person who has fought against food vendors selling food at community events and caused the closure of the Needles Marketplace, which Janet Jernigan worked to put together, over what David Buckley alleges were lies and illegal activities.
David Buckley has also alleges lies and illegal activities were done against his business by the Needles Downtown Business Alliance and Janet Jernigan.
ZachNews has repeatedly asked David Buckley for proof of his claims and alleged illegal activities done by Needles Downtown Business Alliance and Janet Jernigan onto David Buckley’s business; a barbecue place located near the intersection of West Broadway and I Street in Downtown Needles, California.
In the pass, David Buckley alleges these acts on his business has been going on since February 2014 during a community event held in Needles, California.
But over a year later, ZachNews has never gotten any information of proof against Needles Downtown Business Alliance and Janet Jernigan on what he said is an “attack on new businesses”, and has even been threaten ZachNews for refusing to post his alleged claims and attacks on his business despite his own attacks on all food vendors and businesses as well as on all community events that have food being sold there.
Many businesses and residents have told ZachNews that his claims are not true and are upset with David Buckley for hurting food vendors, businesses, and community events that bring the community together and bring local businesses to our community to sell their goods and foods.
