A family is asking for the public’s help in finding this man identified as 27 year old Charles Andres Roldan.
According to the missing flyer sent into ZachNews, Charles Andres Roldan was released at 8:42am PT on Friday, March 20th, 2015 from the Needles Detention Center in Needles, California after a traffic violation stop and after his released, his whereabouts is unknown.
Charles Andres Roldan is a retired United States Marine and he suffers from Post-Thrombotic Syndrome (P.T.S.) and could be confused.
