Needles, CA: Moving Christmas carolers brings joy and cheers to the community.
A group of people from the River’s Edge Community Christian Church came together Saturday night to welcome in the start of the Christmas and Holiday Season by climbing on board a flat bed trailer and sing Christmas carolers well doing around the community of Needles, California.
ZachNews Photojournalist Zachary A. Lopez got to be on board with the Christmas carolers as they made their way around the neighborhoods bring joy and cheers to the people of this great community.
The Christmas carolers began in front of the River’s Edge Community Christian Church located 244 G Street near Third Street in Downtown Needles, California where everybody gathered up their Christmas carols song books, flashlights, and hot chocolates as they climbed on board a flat bed trailer decorated with colorful lights.
The moving Christmas carolers made their way down Third Street heading to the neighborhood areas of Third Street, D Street, Acoma Street, Palm Way, East Broadway, Cibola Street, Lilly Hill Drive, Casa Linda Street, San Clemente Street, Clary Drive, and back onto Lilly Hill Drive where the truck stopped in front of the Mesa Grande Apartments and Terrace View Apartments.
Well stopped in front of the Mesa Grande Apartments and Terrace View Apartments, some of the Christmas carolers got off the truck and gave out candy canes and wished the people in the neighborhood.
The moving Christmas carolers made their way down on Lilly Hill Drive heading to the neighborhood areas of Parkway Street, El Monte Drive, Coronado Street, Desoto Street, Peru Street, Balboa Street, Cortez Street, Rio Vista, Flora Vista, and Luna Vista.
Well making their way through the neighborhoods, children and adults were seen waving and jumping for joy as they watch the Christmas carolers truck driving down their street.
People were also seen driving by waving at the Christmas carolers as they drive down their neighborhood.
People following ZachNews on Facebook were getting location updates of the moving Christmas carolers so that they can come and see them sing.
The moving Christmas carolers ended on Coronado Street near Peru Street due to the tire on the flat bed trailer began to come off the rim.
Overall, the night was filled with joy and cheers with many in the neighborhood loving what this group of people did for this community.
