About a year ago, Margareta Jennings had her beautiful paintings on display in an empty store front building along the 800 block of Front Street in Downtown Needles, California.
Those in the community loved the display of beautiful paintings and were happy to see an art gallery on display in what would have been an empty and dusty store front building.
