Breaking News!!: Suwanee, GA: Gunman dead after holding 4 firefighters hostage in Suwanee, Georgia.

The gunman who was barricaded inside a home on the 2000 block of Walnut Grove Way in Suwanee, Georgia for over 4 hours Wednesday afternoon and holding 4 Gwinnett County Firefighters hostage is dead and the hostages are free.

Authorities have gave an update and are confirming the gunman was shot and killed by The Gwinnett County SWAT Team and the hostages are free but with some non life threatening injuries.

The Gwinnett County SWAT Team responded to the home and at one point used a flash bang grenade to distract the gunman.

Authorities are saying that the Gwinnett County Fire Department Firefighters were responding to a medical call at the home.

Reports are that the home was foreclosed on November 2012 and after the home was foreclosed on, the mortgage switched hands from Wells Fargo Bank to Fannie Mae.

Authorities confirmed that the gunman made demands wanting his utilities, cable, and phone to be turn back on.
