Intoxication man, 2 dogs, and Christmas Eve night in Downtown Needles.

Downtown Needles, CA: San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department were busy Christmas Eve search for 2 dogs that may have been with an intoxication man that night.

 

 

The intoxication man was arrested around 7:00pm PT on the 600 block of West Broadway near D Street in Downtown Needles, California after harassing customers inside the Cud’s Liquor Store and people on the the street.

 

 

At one point, the intoxication man tried to start a fight with a truck drive and yelled profanity at ZachNews Photojournalist who heading to see friends for the Christmas Holiday.

 

 

San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department and California Highway Patrol quickly responded to the incident and arrested the intoxication man for Public Intoxication.

 

 

Shortly after the intoxication man was taken away, calls to San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department reporting 2 dogs running loose around the streets of Downtown Needles.

 

 

ZachNews learned later that night that the 2 dogs may have been with the intoxication man.

 

 

San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department and the Needles Animal Control searched for the 2 dogs; a brown and white dog possibly a Pit Bull Terrier Mix with a possible hurt foot and a light brown dog with a chain dragging behind the dog.

 

 

At one point, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Deputies and the Needles Animal Control Workers tried to capture the brown and white dog, but the dog ran away even with the hurt foot.

 

 

San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department and Needles Animal Control searched for the 2 dogs into Christmas Day, but the 2 dogs remain at large.
