Earth Day Weekend In Needles: Four Seasons Nursery Earth Day and Composting Event Held On Sunday.

Downtown Needles, CA: On Sunday, April 22nd 2012, Four Seasons Nursery located at 1150 West Broadway in Downtown Needles, California celebrated Earth Day with an event to teach the public the benefits of backyard composting, recycling and other Earth friendly information to help keep Needles, California and Earth looking beautiful and greener place to live.

Both adults and kids could bring to the Earth Day event a 2-liter bottle and a cardboard egg carton to make a worm container and/or seed pot.

ZachNews reporter Zachary Lopez talked to Master Composter Coordinator Don Woo about the worm container, seed pot, and composting, as well as showing ZachNews how the worm container and seed pot are put together using recycled products. A great way to teach kids and adults how you can recycle, composting, and grow something you can be proud of.

Also at the Four Seasons Nursery Earth Day Event, Tripe Farms of Mohave Valley, Arizona was there sale fresh fruits and vegetables.

Tripe Farms of Mohave Valley, Arizona and their fresh fruits and vegetables will be at the next Santa Fe Park Marketplace event on Saturday, May 5th, 2012 at Santa Fe Park in Downtown Needles, California as well as a booth for both kids and adults to learn more about worm container, seed pot, recycle, and benefits of backyard composting.

The Four Seasons Nursery Earth Day Event was another great event that is marking Needles, California a beautiful place to live, work, and play.
