North Needles, CA: The AM/PM Convenience Store and ARCO Gas Station located at 2410 Needles Highway (2410 West Broadway) in Needles, California is closing tonight at 9:00pm PT.

Sources are reporting that British Petroleum (BP) is refusing to renew the lease with the franchise owner and the franchise owner can’t afford to buy the building.

North Needles, CA: At around 9:08pm PT on Saturday, April 28th, 2012, a big rig truck carrying cherries flips on to its side on the Westbound Interstate 40 just east of the Needles Highway Exit West Broadway/ River Road Exit).

The big rig truck landed onto the shorter of the westbound Interstate 40 next to the KTOX 1340 AM radio station.

ZachNews has received video of the big rig truck accident sense the next day by Paul Fix at KTOX 1340 AM.

Nobody was injured in the big rig truck accident.
