Mohave Valley, Arizona: The vegetation fire that was burning along Boundary Cone Road near Dike Road is fully contained on Friday, March 25th, 2011.
Firefighters from multiple fire department agencies responded in the morning on Thursday, March 24th, 2011 to a vegetation fire burning along Boundary Cone Road near Dike Road.
Smoke was seen from vegetation fire can be seen as far south as Needles, California and as far north as Bullhead City, Arizona.
As of 9:07 a.m. MST, Fort Mojave Tribal Police Sgt. Sonny O’Hara tells ZachNews that the fire burned 50 acres, is 100% contained, all roads are open, and fire crews are cleaning up the scene.
Investigators continue to investigate the cause of the vegetation fire as possible human cause.
